How do I care for my new hair extensions?

They are very easy to care for, shampoo and condition with your regular products, use a deep conditioning treatment weekly also (keeps the extensions silky soft and tangle free). Use your hair extension loop brush (which you receive FREE with your new extensions) it is specially designed to run smoothly over the micro rings and bonds, minimising unnecessary pulling of your extensions.

When sleeping loosley tie your hair back in a low ponytail with "metal free" hair band (included with new extensions). This will prevent any tangling while you sleep.

Don't leave it to long between your maintenance visits. Moving the micro rings/beads back up to your scalp will prevent any matting in your natural hair growth (very difficult to brush the new growth between the scalp and the micro ring) I would recommend between 5-8 weeks between visits, this will also prevent the extensions being visible in your natural hair.

There are several products which I would recommend and usually carry in stock, they will help to keep your extensions super straight and silky soft, I use them personally on my own extensions and highly recommend them. Ask at your consultation for products and prices.
